Rebecca
The logistical mastermind who keeps our Christmas chaos looking like a Hallmark movie, all the while thinking about what her next meal will be. She manages our clients, keeps a tight schedule and everyone on track, often with the same trick she uses on her kids - bribery via sweet treats. When she’s not balancing books or hooking baubles, she’s chasing toddlers, “reading” the same page of a book for the 12th time, or hiding in the pantry with gingerbread dough. Get on her good side and you will have baked goodies on a weekly.
Stephanie
Our speed stylist - part decorator, snack bringer and the one who invented “turbo mode”. She’s the first to power-lift a tree into place and the first to notice the glitter on the floor. Her secret weapon? Besides being super hydrated (don’t come between her and a water bottle), she makes lightning-fast decisions that bring client visions to life. She’s an expert at time management and keeper of the clock. At home, she’s a supermum to three energetic boys, and somehow still manages to juggle family life with grace and ease.
Kristi
The creative soul of our trio and the one we have to drag out of every job. She wears a watch, but never uses it. Give her the chance, and she’ll pretty much stay the night admiring your tree with you. Obsessive? Perhaps. But “simple” doesn’t exist in her vocabulary. Every home is a canvas, and she’s the artist who won’t stop until your tree is dressed to impress. With four children, she hasn't slept since 2013 but somehow between teaching the ABC’s, school runs and dinner negotiations, she shows up with glitter in her hair, a coffee in hand & is ready for anything.
